If it is not, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for any merchandise returned to us within 10 days of receipt. You should insure the package for the full purchase price. The Client is responsible for insuring returned merchandise. If you have decided that you do not want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, please DO NOT REFUSE THE POSTAL DELIVERY. If the merchandise is refused you will be liable for handling charges. If you are returning merchandise because of damage caused in shipment, please do not remove item(s) from original packaging. Return damaged item(s) in the same condition that was shipped to you. If necessary, place entire contents into a larger box for return shipment. I. Definitions
"Client", "Customer", "Visitor": The trader being a company, partnership, sole trader or other organization or any individual, which undertakes to accept Charles Behlow Photography Services and/or purchase Charles Behlow Photography Products. "Partner", "Affiliate": A third-party organization that provides Internet development, hosting and/or Internet access services, and/or other services to Charles Behlow Photography and/or Client. "Services", "Products", "Merchandise": Photographs, framed artwork, matted images, or digital images and/or media. "RMA": Return Merchandise Authorization stands for the code which is issued by the Charles Behlow Photography Inventory System and allows money refunds for the returned merchandise. "New", "Unused": new and unused merchandise means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the frames or exterior of items.
II. Refund Merchandise Procedures
The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials and unused Certificates. Before returning an item for a money refund, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by filling out the online form or emailing us at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will be returned to you at your expense.
III. Merchandise Return Procedures
Returning merchandise for a Refund must be sent prepaid and insured for the full purchase price using Federal Express (from Continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii) or another traceable carrier.
